The Speaker, David Carter, promises to investigate MP's complaint that the Parliamentary Service interfered with his email correspondence with a journalist. Labour's chief whip, Chris Hipkins, said Parliamentary Service, which administers Parliament and answers to the Speaker, had blocked an email carrying an attachment which had been classified but had subsequently been cleared for release.
