Residents of East Otago updated about lead levels in drinking

Residents of East Otago have been told it is unlikely there have been long-term health effects from the community's exposure to lead in the drinking water. At a meeting in Waikouaiti tonight, the Southern District Health Board said the number of people with higher blood-lead levels is not substantially different from what's expected nationally. Karyn speaks with Waikouaiti Board Chair Alisdair Morrison after the meeting.
