Far North council defends Chinese investor agreement

Chinese company Tus Holdings wants to invest billions of dollars in Northland in ventures such as scenic retirement villages; tourism projects and resorts over the next 5 years but the plan has been met with some unease around the Far North Council table, with some worried the council's been too quick to embrace the strangers bearing gifts. But others are excited and say there's no need for unease.
