Potentially fatal flooding a risk in Matata

Residents in the Bay of Plenty township of Matata whose lives are at risk from future flooding are furious about a lack of action by local authorities. The Local Government Minister Anne Tolley, who is also the local MP, says the situation is very complex. She says the District Council does have a plan, but they're still working through it.
