Young NZers choosing paycheque over student debt

Fewer people are enrolling in tertiery education with students saying debt is driving people away from studying. Education Ministry figures show 353,000 people were enrolled in tertiary education last year.

That's down from 423,000 thousand people in 2009.

NZUSA national president Jonathan Gee tells us some students would rather earn than learn.
