Cannabis bill leaves much to be desired

Campaigners for medical marijuana are calling the planned new law a tiny step forward at a time giant strides are needed. But only terminally ill people with less than a year to live will be allowed to use cannabis. Rebecca Reider suffers from complex chronic pain syndrome, and she made headlines last year for bringing a jar of cannabis through Customs. She tells us the law change should include more than just those facing their last year of life.
