Bupa criticised for response to complaints

One of the country's biggest resthome companies, Bupa, is being criticised for taking months to answer formal complaints from families worried about how their vulnerable parents are being treated. This follows an audit into Bupa's St Kilda Resthome in Cambridge which revealed a multitude of problems. Families say it's about time there was an inquiry into the aged care sector.
