Private school battles with nicotine-addict vaping students

A private Waikato school says the R18 restriction on vaping nicotine isn't working and it is treating dozens of students who are addicted to the drug through vaping.

St Peter's Cambridge says the students are asking for help with symptoms including anxiety and headaches.

It says schools need to learn how to help teens who are hooked on nicotine.
