World tennis number one Novak Djokovic has tested positive for Covid-19 after hosting a controversial tournament in the Balkans.
His wife, three other players and two trainers were also infected by the disease at the tournament.
Djokovic had been criticised for holding the charity event with few safety protocols in place.
