North Canterbury people have got an apology from health officials for their failure to deliver a desperately needed after-hours clinic.
Te Whatu Ora had promised the clinic would open at the end of last year but the date came and went with no explanation to Waimakariri residents.
At a community meeting last night it was confirmed they will have to wait at least another 12 months.
