A big win for justice is the view of the lawyer of a Pasifika overstayer who was raided by police in his home at dawn last week but who has now been granted a temporary visa and will no longer be deported.
Soane Foliaki, the man's lawyer, says the associate Immigration Minister Rachel Brooking reviewed the man's case and approved the temporary visa last Thursday.
