Dogs are threatening - and in some cases killing - native and migratory birds on a Canterbury estuary.
Conservationists want dogs banned from Avon-Heathcote Ihutai Estuary, which is a crucial stop-off point for the bar-tailed godwit on its migration to Alaska.
