Secondary teachers are hoping they'll get the chance to vote on a new deal to settle a pay dispute next week.

It would see the salary for new secondary teachers increase from $55,948 to $64,082 by the start of 2025.

Post Primary Teachers Association acting president Chris Abercrombie spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
