As the election campaign enters its final weeks, there's been an alarming string of menacing actions towards political candidates - but those being discussed publicly appear to be just the tip of the iceberg.
Three women candidates - one from Te Pāti Māori and two from Labour - have reported disturbing altercations, threats and even a break-in, all politically motivated.
