The housing market is showing signs of recovery according to the latest QV House Price Index.
Despite the market being largely flat in the three months ended September, the average home value has increased and almost all main centres have seen positive growth or the rate of decrease softening.
The average home value increased by just 0.9 percent to just over $899,256.
QV operations manager James Wilson spoke to Corin Dann.
