Bank complaints double following ING failures

The Banking Ombudsman says had it's busiest year ever, with more than double the usual number of complaints. The office investigated more than 700 complaints in the year to June, and it says about half of those were from people who lost money due to the failure of two ING funds marketed by the ANZ National bank in 2008.
