A spokesperson for King Country Maori protesting about the sale of the Crafar dairy farms, says they've been handed a trespass notice, and will leave peacefully if the police come to arrest them; Meanwhile two King Country land trusts are taking legal action against two Government agencies, as they say the sale goes against partnership principles in the Treaty of Waitangi; The people of Rangitane iwi in Marlborough are considering building a cultural centre in Blenheim; and The head of Whakatane based Te Whare Wananga o Awanuiarangi, wants to build on the organisation's successful Qualification Authority report.
