1.15 Fontaines DC

Irish band Fontaines DC were named Best Band in The World at the NME Awards in March, and they’ve just released their third album Skinty Fia.
They’re a band who found sudden fame after BBC6 gave their first album Dogrel Album of the year, and they were nominated for the Mercury Prize.
Tony spoke with singer Grian Chatten about the eclectic new album, and his last few years living in London.

2.10 Ride On Super Sound

For Record Store Day, Charlotte Ryan visits a musical hidden gem in Christchurch – Ride On Super Sound.
The unusually shaped building is centred by a Pyramid full of records, comics, zines, and sits above a popular bar, Smash Palace.

She speaks to JOHNNY ELECTRIC, one of the co owners and the man responsible for cutting lathes in the store for customers.
