Vigil at the Basin Reserve

Hundreds of people are gathering at the Basin Reserve in Wellington to mourn the victims of Friday's terror attack. Vigils have been taking place around the country in the wake of the tragedy in which 50 people were killed. Metlink has provided free fares on busses and trains for members of the public to attend the vigil tonight. Here is the Mayor of Wellington, Justin Lester.
