Supertasters

Do you hate broccoli? Is your child fiendishly fussy about food? If you think you taste things differently, there’s a chance you could be right and there may be a scientific explanation. One quarter of the population are something called Supertasters. Amelia Nurse is pretty sure she isn’t, but wants to find out more. She visits Professor Richard Newcomb at the University of Auckland to talk about supertasters and what that means for those who experience it.
