Jane backs himself to perform

The All Black Corey Jane says he backs himself to perform to a Test match standard in Saturday's Bledisloe cup match, despite only having one and a half games of rugby under his belt this year.

After recovering from a knee injury Jane has ben plucked from the Wellington provincial side to start on the right wing in Dunedin outside Ben Smith whose been moved to centre.

Jane says he wasn't expecting to be called back into the national side so soon.

In other changes to the All Blacks, Lock Jeremy Thrush makes his first appearance in the run on side, Keven Mealamu starts at hooker, and back Tom Taylor takes the utility spot on the bench.
