Two years after having brain surgery American golfer JB Holmes has returned to the winner's circle, securing his third PGA Tour title.
Holmes has won the Wells Fargo Championship in North Carolina, finishing the tournament at 14 under par to beat fellow American Jim Furyk by one shot.
Holmes had neurosurgery twice in 2011.
New Zealand's Danny Lee finished tied for 50th at even par.
