The New Zealand junior women's footballers have thrashed Tonga 15-0 at the Oceania Under-20 Women's Championship in Nuku'alofa.
The absolute hiding kicks off their campaign to qualify for next year's FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Papua New Guinea.

The Junior Football Ferns led 7-0 at half-time at the Loto-Tonga Soka Centre, after goals from Emma Rolston, Daisy Cleverley, two from captain Jasmine Pereira and a hat-trick to Isabella Coombes.
All four first-half scorers were members of the New Zealand side which reached the quarter-finals of the Under-20 Women's World Cup in Canada in 2014.
Pereira, Rolston and Cleverley also completed hat-tricks in the second half while a double to Grace Jale and a strike from substitute Michaela Robertson rounded out the scoring.
The Junior Ferns next face New Caledonia on Saturday at 1pm (NZT), followed by Vanuatu on Monday, and Samoa the following Saturday.
