Feature Interview - Lise Edwards

Kate Sheppard's vision of equality for women in the voting booth has not translated to equality for women in the board room. Women make up half the workforce, but occupy only a fraction of the very top corporate jobs. Lise Edwards is the former Diversity Manager at Oracle and was named one of Silicon Valley Business Journal's 100 Women of Influence for 2013. She was recently in New Zealand to speak at celebrations to mark the 120th anniversary of Women's Suffrage.
