Apology after bandages left in woman

A Christchurch mother was left with bandages in her uterus after a caesarean section birth.

She was rushed to hospital to have the bandage removed and has received an apology from Christchurch District Health Board. But is that really enough after such an ordeal?

We ask the panelists if it worries them that such a mistake could happen.
