Trillions of cicadas are about emerge from underground in the United States. They are part of Brood X, and after 17 years they will be coming out in mass numbers. When the entire brood emerges, backyards can look like undulating waves. The Panel talks to Entomologist Ruud Kleinpaste about this unusual event.
