Saving the Planet - Your Thoughts Please
Every fourth Monday, the Nights team ponders the future viability of the Earth's biosphere; especially the prospects of a biosphere where we humans can live comfortably.
This Monday we want your thoughts.
What's the best way of saving the planet?
A: opting out of the global economy and becoming self sufficient?
B: Pressing on with globalisation because only economic growth can provide us with the wealth and technology we need to survive?
We want you to choose, and when you do, explain how the option of your choice will keep us out of the proverbial.
We'll read out the best emails during our Environment Chat with Professor Ralph Chapman from Victoria University's department of environmental studies, and our "green entrepreneur" Peter Salmon from the Moxie Design Group.
