Turmeric, Cashew & Coconut Protein Balls
- 1 C dates (soak for 10mins in boiling water first)
- ½ C sunflower seeds
- ½ C pumpkin seeds
- ¼ C linseeds
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 C cashew nuts
- ¾ C desiccated coconut
- 1-2 T turmeric
- 3 scoops of protein powder
- In a blender mix together all the ingredients.
- If the mixture is too dry add a little bit of water
- Roll 1 T of mixture into a ball, then coat in some desiccated coconut.
- Makes 12 large balls or 16-18 small balls
