The Governor of American Samoa, Togioloa Tulafono, has ordered that flags be flown at half mast from today until July 23rd in remembrance of Senator Maluia Filoitumua who died on July 1st.
The Governor said Maluia distinguished himself through his exemplary leadership and dedicated service to the Govenrment, the people and the community.
