Preparations are almost complete for the 9th Pacific Festival of the Arts which begins in Palau tomorrow.
3000 people from 26 countries are arriving in the capital, Koror, to get ready for a two-week celebration of culture and art.
Accommodation is fully booked and extra building have been set up for the occasion.
The minister of community and cultural affairs, Alexander Merep, says Palau is ready.
"We are just putting in the final touches - all the major rolls have been done and are ready, accommodations, meals and transportation are all well set up for the big day tomorrow."
