The Attorney General Qoriniasi Bale is due to meet the chairman of the Great Council of Chiefs Ratu Ovini Bokini to discuss the sentencing and imprisonment of Fiji's Vice President Ratu Jope Seniloli.
Fijilive.com says the meeting will provide Ratu Ovini with legal advice on the status of the Vice President.
Seniloli was selected for the office of the vice president through the endorsement of the GCC.
The GCC will be responsible for selecting the next vice president, should Seniloli's imprisonment disqualify him from office.
