The Cabinet in Niue has proposed calling the country's new health centre, the Young Vivian and Helen Clark Hospital.
The New Zealand prime minister is yet to give her opinion on the title, thought to be in honour of Wellington's aid package of at least 14 million US dollars, to include fully funding the new building.
Nurses and doctors are transferring equipment from the temporary clinic set up after Cyclone Heta destroyed the Lord Liverpool Hospital in Alofi.

"The contractors, BC Construction, have already handed over the keys to government or to cabinet, and at the moment the hospital staff are slowly moving their gear up to the new hospital, there are bits and pieces yet to be completed, the access road is yet to be tar-sealed and the Public Works are working on that."
The facility will open on April the 19th.
