American Samoa's Lieutenant Governor Ipulasi and his wife will represent the Territory at the birthday celebration of King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV of Tonga.
The King's 88th birthday has been set for the 4th of July in Nuku'alofa, the capital of Tonga.
Last year, it was Governor Togiola and wife who represented American Samoa.
An American Samoa delegation always attends the King's birthday, which the Togiola Administration has said is part of the territorys continued close relationship with Tonga.
Samoa's Head of State, Malietoa Tanumafili II, will lead his government's delegation to the King's birthday.
