There are further delays in the naming of a new police commissioner in Vanuatu.
A decision was expected at the end of May.
The acting police commissioner, Lt Col Arthur Caulton, had said he and two other senior police officers had been shortlisted and interviewed by a panel of four directors general about 4 weeks ago.
But an announcement is yet to be made and our Vanuatu correpondent, Len Garae, says it is not clear why there is a continuing delay.
