Tahiti to host 1st Annual Tahiti Entrepreneur Week from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1

The French Polynesian Temaru government is organizing its 1st annual Tahiti Entrepreneur Week at the end of next month to promote the development of international investments in the territory.

The territory's vice president, Jacqui Drollet, and the head of Tahiti Invest, Hinano Teanotoga-Dexter, announced the Tahitian Entrepreneur Week following Wednesday's council of ministers' meeting.

Tahitipresse reports the government's objective is to position the territory as a place for international investment.

Mr Drollet said during a news media briefing the annual entrepreneur week will seek participation by potential South Pacific, French and international investors.
