The latest wholesale price schedule for fuel which went into effect in American Samoa yesterday sees another increase in the price of unleaded gasoline.

Gas stations were selling unleaded at $3.60 to $3.67 a gallon before the latest increase.

Typically station owners add 40 cents to the wholesale price which means that motorists will be paying between $3.69 and $3.71 per gallon for unleaded.
