The Flying Fijians coach Inoke Male has rung the changes for Saturday's one-off rugby test against Scotland in Lautoka.
Only six players have been retained in the starting line up from the team that lost 29-26 to Samoa last weekend.
Among the new faces is Jonetani Ralulu, who will start at first five after only being called in from the wider training squad this weekend, while Aloisio Buto is shifted into midfield after starting on the wing in Tokyo.
