The Kingdom were beaten 24-0 by Hong Kong in the men's final.
Japan beat China in the women's final, while Samoa beat Papua New Guinea 24-19 in the Plate final.
The Papua New Guinea and Tonga men's teams will compete in the Sevens World Series qualifier in Hong Kong at the end of the month
