Share offer not endorsed by Nuplex

12:28 pm on 11 April 2012

Nuplex says an offer to buy some of its shares for below the market price, is not in the best interests of shareholders.

The company says it is aware that Zero Commission has written to a number of its shareholders, with smaller parcels of shares, offering to buy up to 125,000 shares at $2.30 each.

The company says the offer is considerably less than the current market price for Nuplex shares, and it does not recommend or endorse the offer.

Nuplex shares last traded at $2.60.

The Companies Office lists Roy Jackson from Waiheke Island as Zero Commission's sole director.
