NZX says dairy futures recorded a record trading month in July.
More than 5000 lots were traded in July, over 1000 more than in the previous highest traded month, March.
Head of derivatives Kathryn Jaggard said the exchange is showing that real liquidity exists in its dairy contracts for those who want to manage dairy price risk.
