The two sides are locked in a long-running collective bargaining dispute.

The Talley's-owned company said the union breached its good faith obligations as part of the negotiations by widely circulating false and unbalanced content.

It pointed to a recent press release which said 100 union members had been targeted during a round of lay-offs.

The union disputed the accusations, and said it would defend itself.

It said there has been no bargaining in more than a year.
