The trial for the man charged with murdering two staff at Work and Income in Ashburton has been delayed.

Russell John Tully is charged with murdering Peggy Noble and Leigh Cleveland and the attempted murder of two of their colleagues, Lindy Curtis and Kim Adams, in September 2014.
The trial was due to begin this month but, at a hearing at the High Court in Christchurch today, has now been moved back with a new court date yet to be set.
The accused also faces two firearms charges and one of setting a trap police say was intended to injure people.
