Guam police officer, arrested earlier this month, has been indicted on charges of rape, official misconduct and abetting prostitution.
The Pacific Daily News reports Paul John Santos is accused of raping a woman he suspected of being a prostitute.
He is expected to enter a plea in court tomorrow.
A Superior Court of Guam grand jury indicted Mr Santos on multiple criminal sexual conduct offences.
