The donation box was for a charity group for young people, Riding for the Disabled. It is not known how much money was inside it.

Police said on Tuesday stealing a charity donation box is as low as you can go.

The theft occurred on 11 January, but police have just issued clear security camera pictures of two suspects.

They are seen approaching the counter and asking to buy cigarettes, then taking the box from the counter in daylight.
