The 20-year-old victim left the scene and approximately three hours later admitted himself to hospital.

One of the men has since been discharged.

Two Timaru men, aged 19 and 25, have been charged with assault.

A Timaru woman, 18, has been charged with possession of a knife and possession of cannabis.

One has been bailed and the other two are being held in custody.

They will appear in court on Monday morning.
