Police have confirmed the body found in Auckland harbour on Sunday was that of missing student Mandeep Singh.

Mr Singh has been missing for two weeks, and was last seen by friends leaving the Bungalow 8 bar in the Viaduct area of downtown Auckland.
His body was found on Sunday afternoon near the Auckland Port, after several days of searching by the police dive squad.
The death has been referred to the Coroner.
