A helicopter with a monsoon bucket is now at the scene, as fire crews are having troubling getting to the blaze due to strong winds and because the fire is on a hill.
Part of Happy Valley Road is blocked and traffic has been diverted.
There are several houses at the foot of the hill, but none have been evacuated.
