The All Blacks will each receive a $150,000 bonus for each player should they retain the World Cup in 2015, a 50 percent increase on their 2011 bonus.

The bonus is part of a new collective agreement between the New Zealand Rugby Union and players, which has been negotiated over the past nine months.

Negotiations began in December and the agreement runs through until the end of 2015.

The World Cup bonus is $50,000 more than the players received for winning the title in 2011.

Other changes include an increase in the maximum Super Rugby retainer from $180,000 to $185,000 next year increasing to $190,000 in 2015.

The minimum retainer increases from $60,000 to $70,000.

There's been a reduction in payments for players at the top tier of provincial rugby with the maximum retainer dropping $5,000 to $55,000.

The minimum retainer increases by $3,000 to $18,000.

Over the three years of the deal player payments will cost the NZRU just over $121 million.
