The death toll due to famine in the Papua region of Indonesia is reported to have risen to 92 people.
VIVA News reports the Yahukimo regency is the worst affected: the toll has risen there in recent months as prolonged haze and rain caused crop failure.
People are also reported to be suffering from diarrhoea, malaria and respiratory problems.
The Jakarta Post reports that 60 people in Walma district alone have starved to death.
