Actor reportedly considering legal action over iTunes

Actor Bruce Willis is reported to be looking at legal action to ensure he can leave his iTunes library to his children.

The star of the Die Hard films was reportedly surprised to discover that he does not actually own the songs in Apple's eyes.

British newspapers report he is now looking at legal action against Apple to gain control over the music.

CNU music business news editor Chris Cook says the case highlights the need to review consumer law.

Apple's terms and conditions state that when people buy music from iTunes, they are paying for the license to listen to songs via their iPhone, iPod or other Apple device - but are not buying the music itself.
